Until I hit 30, I was invincible. My abs were like washboards, my chest was was muscular and I did little or nothing to achieve this.

- The BFMG20 also offers a high pully with a wide grip lat bar. With this feature I can do curls, a variety of rowing exercises, shrugs, oblique bends, adduction/abduction and deltoid raises. Once again, this is fantastic for upper body strength.
- The BFMG20 also has some leg exercise options. That’s not high on my priorities, but I’m glad those options are there if I ever want to get to work on my thighs.
- I also like the fact that the BFMG20 comes with a good warranty. The quality of the product makes it highly unlikely that I’ll need it, but it’s comforting to know that Best Fitness stands solidly behind the quality of its products.
While the BFMG20 is one of the most inexpensive home jyms available in the market today, it is a high quality product. The BFMG20 looks easy to put together, and should just take a few hours for anyone who knows which end of a screwdriver is which.
From everything I’ve been able to gather, the Best Fitness BFMG20 is a great basic workout device that’s convenient and offers a variety of upper body exercise options.
