I wanted to let you know that this "diet" is the "bomb". I just completed the second cycle yesterday and now have lost a total of 14 lbs. In summary, this is how the weight loss occurred: In the 1st cycle, I lost 10 pounds. Took a FOUR day break over the July 4th weekend and gained back 3. Four days into the second cycle I "re-lost" those 3 lbs., then weighed myself this morning and lost an added 4 lbs. I chose the foods I extremely enjoy so do not see this as a "diet" parse. It is mentioned that there is no need to exercise while doing the 11-day diet, but I still try to at least do a 20-min walk on the treadmill, 3 times per week. I think this has helped tremendously!" "Hello, I'm on the tenth day of my third cycle and have lost 21 pounds so far. I started out at 210 and am now at 189. My first cycle I lost 14 pounds!
