What is Sustanon and How Does it Work

Sustanon is a popular name among all the steroids for bodybuilders. It is an androgenic steroid with a pronounced anabolic effect. Therefore, athletes commonly use Sustanon to put on mass and size while increasing strength.

It is a mixture of 4 different testosterones which based on a well timed composition have a synergistic effect. This special feature has positive characteristics for the athlete. The effect of the 4 Testosterones is time released so that Sustanon goes gradually into the system and remains effective in the body for several weeks.

eDiets Dinner Review: Spicy Kung Pao Chicken Breast

by Marianne Plunkert

Overall rating:  4.5 of 5

Meal Description and Cooking Instructions

Dinner on the first day of my eDiets meal plan was Spicy Kung Pao Chicken Breast with Black Rice, Roasted Cashews and Peas.  The entrée came in a 2-compartment plastic tray, with the chicken, black rice, and cashews in one section and the peas in the other.

The heating instructions called for microwaving the meal on high for 1 to 1 ½ minutes, but this amount of time was not adequate for my microwave.  It was not heated through sufficiently, so I heated it for an additional 15 seconds.

The meal plan indicated that this entrée should be accompanied by a serving of fruit and a serving of a nonfat dairy product.  I decided on apple slices and an ounce of nonfat cheese.

eDiets Dinner Review: Chicken Cordon Bleu

by Marianne Plunkert

Overall rating:  5 out of 5

Meal Description and Cooking Instructions

The Chicken Cordon Bleu dinner on Day 4 was my favorite eDiets meal thus far—and that’s saying something since most of them have been very good.  The meal was presented in a 3-compartment plastic tray, with a fist-sized chicken cordon bleu patty in one section, mashed red-skin potatoes in a second section, and a mixture of peas and diced carrots in the third.

The heating instructions indicated to heat the meal on high for 1 ½ to 2 minutes.  Based on past experience, I heated mine for 2 minutes and 15 seconds, which turned out to be the perfect amount of time.

The meal plan called for the dieter to supply a fruit and a non-fat dairy item.  Low-fat cheese is on the list of suggestions for the latter category, so I added red grapes and a 1-ounce wedge of low-fat cheese.

eDiets Dinner Review: Chicken Carbonara and Seasonal Mixed Vegetables

Overall rating: 4 out of 5

Meal Description and Cooking Instructions

Dinner on my second day on the eDiets program was Chicken Carbonara and Seasonal Mixed Vegetables. The main entrée filled one section of a 2-compartment plastic tray and consisted of chunks of chicken and bits of turkey ham coated in a light sauce and served on a ½-cup bed of whole wheat pasta.

The second section of the tray held 3 baby carrots and 1/8 cup of peas. I was to provide a serving of fruit and a serving of non-fat dairy. I opted to add a few chunks of pineapple to a cup of plain non-fat yogurt.

My General Impressions

The plate had a wonderful visual appeal, with the bright orange carrots and vibrant green peas complementing the main entrée and my fruit-laced yogurt.

eDiets Review and Promo Code: Eat Great and Lose Weight

by Marianne Plunkert

I had never had a real weight problem until a few years ago when a combination of stressful life events and bodily injuries packed on the pounds.  Even as I saw the needle on the scale rise into uncharted territory, I remained in denial—until I saw some pictures of me that my son had taken.

I had halfway convinced myself that my demon clothes dryer had been shrinking my clothes, but the rolls that hung over my waistband told a truer story.  I was not in love with my “love handles.”  I vowed to lose weight.

That was over 3 years ago, and I hadn’t made much progress in the interim.  I hated the way my clothes looked on me—the ones that still fit, that is.  I appeared and felt frumpy.  Even so, I stubbornly refused to discard even those items that I was no longer able to button.
