Fresh Or Shelved Food? a. I want totally fresh food, chef-prepared and delivered in refrigerated coolers. This will be a delight to my taste buds while at the same time I will be losing pounds. I would also appreciate the support of registered dieticians and trainers. b. Shelved food would be OK with me, provided it is nutritionally balanced, tastes good and there is a variety of food to choose from. It would be healthy for my budget, too! I would have to supplement the provided food with my own fruits and vegetables. Weight loss counseling would be useful to me, as well.
