How Does African Mango Help You Lose Weight?

Ever since African Mango was introduced on the Dr. Oz show, it has become one of the most talked about ingredients in the weight loss industry. And although many people testify that it will help with weight loss, the question is, how does it help you lose weight?

1. Helps You Burn Fat

The African Mango, or Irvingia Gabonensis fruit, has been used by local Africans for years for its health benefits, specifically as a fat burner. African Mango helps boost the metabolism to help your body digest food better, and helping your body burn stored fats.

2. Appetite Suppressant

Most weight loss pills will act as an appetite suppressant, but the Irvingia ingredient naturally tricks your body into thinking that it is full. It does this through regulating the leptin levels in your body, which is the hormone that tells your body it is hungry. By suppressing your appetite, you eat less and allow yourself to lose weight naturally.

3. Slower Digestion

The longer food stays in your stomach, the longer your body stays full. African Mango products are usually taken before meals, and the active ingredients help your body to delay the processes of gastric emptying. This helps you feel fuller for longer, getting rid of many of the cravings that lead to weight gain.

Many studies have been done on African Mango to show that it is more than just mental trickery. In every study done, at least one group simply used a placebo, to make sure that the Irvingia ingredient was producing genuine results. In each study done, the placebo groups saw little or no weight loss results, while those using African Mango showed significan weight loss.

If you are looking for a weight loss product containing African Mango, make sure to check for Irvingia, or Irvingia Gabonensis, since this is the actual ingredient. There are many products out there claiming to be African Mango weight loss pills, yet they are without the real Irvingia ingredient. Be sure to check for this.

The best part about Irvingia Gabonensis is that it is totally side-effect free. Many people have experienced the weight loss benefits of the African Mango. If you have tried an African Mango product, please share your experience with us below!

the mango fruit

Why don't you people just eat the fruit from the produce instead of wolfing pills down your throats and wastinmg your money? The fruit hasn't been chemiocally manipulated like the mango pills you all boast about. If you can't find the fruit, grow mango when you find the seeds (which are edible)in your gardens. Stop being like I used to be...attached to weight loss pills.

And do you ever notice that these pilss smell like bug sprsys?

This product flat out works!

Love this product, and have been using it for about 5 weeks now. Amazing results with more to come. One thing to consider though is making sure you take the right formula/compound of african mango.

It's not a trick

Because the C-reactive protein blocks leptin in the bloodstream to reach the brain, the brain doesn't receive the feeling of fullness. That's why people tend to eat too much till their stomach explode - it's the only tell that you are full. African mango blocks C-reactive ( down-regulates its level) so the brain receives the right amount of leptin levels. Now you get the feeling of fullness. Personally i don't think it's a trick, it's just how our bodies are supposed to act.

Thermobol Review

African mango is a great natural alternative to diet pills. I think that nowadays, we should focus on natural ingredients instead of relying on human-created pills to make our body slim and fit My blog: Thermobol review
