According to the reports I found during my research, most people lose anywhere from 4-14 lbs on their first cycle. It’s common for men to lose 6-12lbs and for women 4-10lbs in every cycle. How much you lose depends on your lifestyle, age, health and of course your starting weight. The guy who lost 14lbs was way overweight and a high school football player. The girl who lost 4lbs didn’t have much to lose to start out with. Some people have a slow start but lose more weight in the 2nd cycle.

But when was the last time you could say you lost 5lbs in a week and a half? I know I can’t. If you drink the water and follow the diet you WILL lose weight. Don’t watch the scale, watch your body. Scales kill diets. At the end weigh yourself. I guarantee you will love the diet if you stop focusing on your daily weight loss and start focusing on how much better you feel. All and all, this diet is awesome."

"After 4 cycles on the diet I have lost a total of 18 lbs. My husband has lost 32 lbs, and my daughter is down 25 lbs. We will be starting our 5th cycle on Monday. I have to admit that it's hard watching the weight come off of them faster than it has for me, as we are eating exactly the same. I know that men do lose faster but my husband now weighs less than I do. I'm happy that it's working so well for them, but it's a little frustrating for me. Anyway, 18 lbs gone is 18 lbs gone. On to the 5th cycle."
