- It may feel intense even for the intermediate exercisers. This workout offers some challenging workouts especially if you are new to this routine.
- Some claim it is not real yoga. Some viewers feel that Jillian is not flexible enough to be teaching yoga and she clearly admits to it in the video.
- Some claim the weight loss is not what is promised. While the majority of reviewers noticed a significant difference in their appearance and the way they feel after about a week doing this routine, others did not notice anything at all.
Problems and Complaints
Other than the fact that some find the DVD challenging for beginners and not what they would considered a “yoga” workout, there have been no reported problems while doing this DVD.

This DVD helped me lose weight
Good day! I was once overweight after my wedding, i was stress out with a lot of things and gained so much weight. I have over eating problems and not doing exercise. I was skinny before my wedding and no problem physically and emotionally. Being over weight take a toll a lot on me, not only depression or stress but also my self confidence. When i start doing Yoga Meltdown it helped me motivated to do the exercise level 1 each and everyday... i mostly do it after work and it's not boring like other exercise video or yoga videos. Jillian Michael did a good job with this video that keeps me going. And after 2 weeks, a lot of people compliment me how so much weight i lost from the last 2 weeks.. just for the last 2 weeks... i tried running and do threadmill everyday at the gym but end up not motivating myself to go anymore due to its boring.. But this DVD helped me alot and lose so much weight in the right way... My skin is glowing and more happy than before.. I really recommend to anyone to try this because it helped me alot..
how many times per week
I got the DVD and I sweat buckets and its low stress on my knees. I also have done her 30 day shred. My question is.. how many times per week are we to do this video and when do you switch to the level 2?
