How Does You Can Do Yoga Work?
You Can Do Yoga is split into two sections. In the first section, Leslie demonstrates each of the poses, and gives you a chance to try them. She makes things simple and puts you at ease. In the second section, Leslie takes you through a basic yoga routine. I am a yoga beginner, and I found the routine challenging, but not so challenging that I got frustrated.
Does You Can Do Yoga Work?
Yes. You Can Do Yoga has enabled me to do a regular yoga routine. I love the convenience of being able to do it in my own living room, without having to travel to a gym or yoga studio. I love not having to worry about “what I look like” in a room full of skinny-minis.
Regularly doing a yoga routine with Leslie has given me increased flexibility, more energy, and a better self image. This video made me feel better about myself, which helped me to make better decisions about what I ate. It is unlikely that you will finish a yoga routine and then go out for ice cream.

There are absolutely no negative side effects to this yoga routine. I was never lame, or sore after doing the routine.
