I don’t know about you, but real food temptation, especially in the first few days, is a real battle for me. I was amazed to find that after the first 3-7 days the hunger went away. It seemed like my body adjusted to the new way of eating and accepted it. The nutrient balance of Medifast in combination with its 6 low calorie meals each day did the trick. I wasn’t hungry and I had oodles of energy. Medifast says the program is designed to reduce hunger in 48 hours.
