Home fitness DVDs are a wonderful thing.  They let the user take fitness and weight loss into their own house, on their own time, and in their own comfort.  There is something to be said about the convenience of being able to work out at 6 in the morning or 10 in the evening when the schedule permits.  And there are tons of these fitness DVDs to choose from. 

A lot DVDs are produced by household name fitness coaches like Jillian Micheals too.  But what about something different.  Something like Latin Rhythms?

Weight lifting and also exercising with fitness machines have always been two of my favorite activities. While training with heavy weights and exercise machines, I have repetitively injured my shoulders. I think it would be pleasing to have the same attractive appeal as the stars and celebrities of the world.  But I don’t like the notion of many of the creams, lotions, potions, surgeries, and various other body modifiers.  Yoga seems very popular though among the stars.  And Yoga can do a multitude of wonders.

My goodness!  Salsa dancing can be a very sexy and entertaining dance.  Just watching others dance, it can provoke smiles.  But it can be a very good way to drop a few extra pounds too.  Latin dances, like salsa, can be an excellent cardio workout.

Walking and jogging are two of my favorite physical activities as I both keep my body fit and I also burn my calories.
