This can take any motivation that you have and completely ruin it. Although music is definitely a personal preference this is something to keep in mind as you consider purchasing this workout program for yourself.

Is there Equipment Necessary for this Program?

Everyone at one time or another has purchased a workout program they think is going to be great until they realize how many additional accessories are required to make it happen. If this has happened to you, you can relax knowing that there are no additional pieces of equipment required to complete Cardio Funk; only you!

A great pair of shoes and maybe an exercise mat if you find your floor to be too hard are options but they are certainly not required to get a great workout.
