So, yes, Blueberry Slim Life Tea can work for you too, but don’t expect a magic bullet. You still have to lead a healthy lifestyle.

The tea is yummy, which makes it easy to drink, and it is a good alternative to eating high calorie sweets. Drinking warm or hot tea fills up your stomach and naturally suppresses the appetite. The Gambooge extract intensifies this effect.

In warm weather, the tea is delicious iced, and of course, drinking lots of it will work to hydrate you, which helps with weight loss.

How Much Weight Will I Lose?

That depends on what else you do while you drink the tea. If you drink the tea along with your pound cake, don’t expect the pounds to melt off. This tea, in and of itself, will not make you lose weight, but the tea makes a great supplement to a healthy eating plan and active lifestyle. I did not notice any side effects from this Yogi Tea, except I had to use the restroom more often. (Don’t drink very much of this later in the day, or you’ll be waking up at night.)

• There is evidence to suggest that Green Tea can help prevent cancer.
• Packaging is earth-friendly.

Cons

• Some people don’t find it sweet enough.

Problems and Complaints

Some people don’t find the tea to be sweet enough, and have added sugar or honey to the tea. Of course, this negates the weight loss purpose. (Adding sugar to the tea will actually kick start your appetite, not suppress it. If you find you are having this problem, I suggest adding some lemon juice to give the tea a little [healthy] kick.) 

Overall, this tea has been a great addition to my weight loss tool kit, but I can’t expect it to do it all, or to do much, for that matter. It is a delicious tea, and it’s an easy substitution for things I shouldn’t eat, especially when I drink it cold. But don’t expect this to be the miracle cure for obesity. It’s still just a tea, even if it’s a well-crafted one.
