What I love even more about the Nike Training Club app is that it uses the music from your phone, counts down each set, has videos demonstrating each exercise in case you aren't sure about how to properly execute them, and is one of the greatest online workouts for women.
On top of that it keeps track of how much you have worked out and each time you hit a new level, it unlocks a bonus workout used by a professional athlete. And all for free!
That trainer is getting a bit harder to justify now, isn't it?
More specifically, BodyRock.tv is a fitness website that is full of butt-kicking workout videos, healthy recipes, blogposts, pictures, and inspiration from other Body Rockers who have had huge success with the different workouts the trainers provide. And what's best is each workout is usually only around 15 minutes long and you know what that means, don't you?

I have personally used Pinterest for hundreds of different healthy recipes, as well as variations on my favourite workout routines or even individual exercises.
