a. I want to lose weight at a moderate pace (1-2 lb/week. This way I will not have to significantly decrease the amount of food I eat. Losing weight is not my only priority. I want to embrace overall health. I want to take the time and learn how to make better food and exercise choices that will benefit me in the long run. This is more important than just losing weight.

b. I want to lose weight fast! Losing 2-5lb/week would motivate me and help me reach my goal in less time. I am looking for a safe and convenient weight loss plan that’s easy, effective and will provide quick results. This is not going to be a long term dieting solution, but it can be a great jump start, giving me later the motivation to adjust to a long term diet.
