FL4I diet is based on foods that are easy to digest and burn. Most people find the 4-meal a day plan practicable.

"I think if you’re having trouble with having 4 meals, consider one or more of your meals as snacks. I thought I wouldn’t be able to eat 4 meals a day too but I’ve noticed, and had no idea, just how much mindless eating I was doing. There are times when I just want to reach for food because I’m bored. I had no idea I was doing that so often! I also realized that when I would clean up the kids’ plates from dinner, I would take a bite or two of what they had left and probably had a whole extra meal out of that! No wonder I thought I couldn’t eat another meal!"
