After reading all these reports from people who have tried FL4I, I have concluded that this program is for people who want to lose weight fast, inexpensively and without restricting their calories too much as most other diets would require. Each FL4I dieter has personal reasons for starting this diet.
Erin’s report below is an interesting one. She is a teacher and wanted to lose 30lbs during the summer so that she would look and feel better by August, when school was to start again.
"I just completed my first cycle. I lost a total of 8.4 pounds and a total of 6 inches… 2 from my chest, 2 from my waist and 2 from my hips. I am thrilled with the results! I am on my first cheat day and plan to stick to the rules closely. Remembering to drink lots of water, eat four meals and not to eat toooooo much:) I am a teacher and my goal is to go back to work in August having lost, hopefully, 30 pounds and look and feel the best I have in years. I am grateful that I found the FLFI diet and plan on sticking with it for a while. This is a life style change for me and I am thrilled!!"
Joan has a different reason.
"I am getting married in three months and want to reach my goal weight of 160. So I have 103 days to lose 49 pounds. I started at 215 and I am on day 9 of my first cycle and I am down to 209. I am dreaming of the morning I wake up and see the scale below 200."
